Happy Halloween! I hope you’re having a great day and NOT gorging yourself on Halloween candy.
If you must have a treat, go buy some really good dark chocolate (it’s good for you, and taste SO much better than the junk your kid is going to score tonight).
Let’s think about tomorrow, though. Whatever decisions you make tonight, you’ll probably want to make better ones starting tomorrow. Don’t “give up” until January. You CAN conquer the Holiday spiral into guilt and stretchy pants.
I’m created a challenge for November, one that you can do in your bathroom (not that kind of challenge!).
We’re instituting PLANKS-giving! Starting on November 1st, we’re going to work on our core every day for the whole month. Planks are an amazing core workout, and require absolutely nothing. Not even clothes! You can to this while you wait for your shower to heat up. Even at the end of the month, you’ll be doing a MAXIMUM of three minutes (180 SECONDS) of work. Don’t worry! You’ve got all month to work up to that.
Download and print the calendar below, and tape it to your bathroom mirror. Make a big red X each day that you complete the challenge. MODIFY if you need to. Something is always better than nothing.
