October Challenge: Day #7 You still with me?
Hey Mamas (and Papas),
We’re on day #7 of our October Challenge. I hope you’ve been with me from the beginning, but if you’re just joining in, that’s OK! Use these 5 minute workouts to really ramp up the intensity level of your existing routine, or use them alone if you simply DO NOT HAVE TIME for a longer workout. Either way, make sure you work out at the highest intensity possible for you, that’s the way to make a five minute workout effective!
