October Challenge: Yoga Sunday
Hey Mamas (and Papas),
Happy Sunday. We don’t talk about it much, because most of us inadvertently take one or more rest days each week without scheduling them, but rest is an important part of a healthy exercise routine.
So today, instead of a High Intensity power play, we’re slowing things done with a little yoga. Even if you’ve never done yoga before, give this 5 minute routine a try.
5 minutes is barely enough to get started, but it’s a lovely way to start your day (or take a much needed break in the middle). Yoga has even been proven to help you sleep better, so don’t let “it’s too late” be the reason you don’t push play.
