25 Days of Fitness
On the first day of Christmas, my trainer asked of me: 1 minute of deep squatting.
Hey Mamas (and Papas),
I hope you enjoyed PLANKS-giving. I know my core is tighter than it was on November 1st. How about you? Even if you didn’t complete the whole challenge, making an effort is always a step in the right direction.
For December, we are starting a new challenge. I’m calling it the 25 Days of Fitness. Over the next 25 days, we will be learning 25 new exercises (bodyweight only, no equipment required) to build muscle and cardio strength. I will explain each new exercise in detail on it’s first day, and we will add it to the previous days’ exercises.
So, on day 1, we’ll learn and do exercise 1.
On day 2, we’ll learn and do exercise 2 AND exercise 1.
On day 3, we’ll learn and do exercise 3, AND do exercises 2 and 1.
So, on day 25 (give or take a day if Santa gave you a day off from exercising that day) we’ll do 25 exercises, from day 25 all the way down to day 1’s move.
Every day will have a new video, but the video will only be showing the newest move. You’ll do the rest on your own (or watch all the previous videos back-to-back).
So… Watch the Intro.
Preview Day 1 if you want (Spoiler Alert, it’s squats!)
Mark your calendar or set an alarm on your phone for the next 25 days to get it D-O-N-E.
There’s no rule that says December can’t be a healthy month. January is not the only time to start a new routine, program or challenge.
If you need some extra motivation, join our Challenge Group on Facebook. We’re all about motivation, clarification of questions, and supporting each other through the challenges.
Happy 25 Days of Fitness!!!
