4 Advanced Playground Exercises
So, it’s still July, but the weather Gods are smiling, because it’s only in the 80’s here this week!
If we can dodge the thunderstorms, I plan on spending lots of time with my little one at the playground.
Last week I shared a list of six moves to rock the playground. I’f you’ve already ROCKED those, and are ready to add some more fun (read: really challenging moves) to your routine, this post is for YOU!
These 4 moves are for the mama who has a little more balance, and a little more core and upper body strength. However, if you’ve got a good sense of humor and a soft landing surface, give ’em a try, no matter what your skill level. You just might surprise yourself.
(Besides, how are you ever going to get better if you don’t challenge yourself?!)
