Park Bench Workout
So, it’s finally summer. Hopefully you’re enjoying the weather outside, and getting all the Vitamin D that we’ve been missing for so many months.
If you’re like me, you enjoy the satisfaction of a good workout, but can’t bear to go indoors during your free time at the gym, or keep your kids indoors and induce “mom guilt”.
Enter: The Park Bench workout.
I love to multi-task, and this is the ultimate! You get a GREAT burn, and your kiddos get to enjoy park time. I bet they’ll even get more time to play since you’re working out instead of just sitting, being bored, and waiting for park-time to be over.
This park bench workout is a killer, and if you repeat it for three rounds total, you’ll be amazingly sweaty, and super toned.
