Running WITH your Kids
You can do it, too.
- non-messy snacks (good God, NOT a popsicle!)
- entertainment/favorite toy (preferably something super cool that is only played with in the stroller)
- kid-appropriate music that doesn’t suck (make playlist on spotify)
- non-spill water bottle for each of you
- baby wipes (for both of you)
- spare diaper/undies
- clean shirt
