I’m Ditching My Scale
- an increase in Carbohydrates (3 grams of water held for every gram of carb stored as glycogen),
- microscopic tears in muscles (yes, caused by the very exercise you’re doing to lose the weight),
- dehydration (figure that one out!),
- menstrual cycle (gee, thanks),
- an increased level of sodium (I’m taking to you, unnecessary sports drinks),
- and STRESS!!! (stressful to think about, I know).
