I am an ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructor. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature, as well as a Master’s degree in Library Science. In my past professional lives, I’ve been a barista, an insurance agent, a waitress, an office manager, a design consultant, an editor, and a reference librarian. I am now working to expand my knowledge and experience in health and fitness, to be the best possible example for my family, and to support my students and community.
